Register an Event
Thank you for your interest in participating in Kaleidoscope! Your event helps bring vibrant, meaningful arts experiences to older adults across the state, making creative aging a reality in every community. By joining the Kaleidoscope celebration, you're not just hosting an event—you’re helping to amplify the power of creativity, connection, and lifelong learning for older adults. We’re thrilled to have you as part of this growing movement!
Step 1:
Review the Preperation Guidelines
Before registering, take a few minutes to read through our "Best Practices for Creative Aging Events" to ensure your event aligns with the goals of the festival.
Key things to consider:
- Your event should be arts-focused and geared toward older adults (age 55+)
- Events can be virtual or in-person held anywhere across the state
- Events may be either one-time activities created specifically for the festival or ongoing classes you'd like to highlight during the festival dates.
- You may partner with any teaching artist for your event. A list of Teaching Artists who have been trained in Creative Aging Best Practices can be found here.
- All events must occur during between August 30 – September 13, 2025
Step 2:
Gather Your Event Information
Make sure you have the following details ready:
- Event Title
- Date and Time

- Liability insurance: Confirm that your event is covered under your venue’s liability insurance
